No Lock-In Contracts

Mid Mountains CrossFit is a members only training facility. We do not accommodate casual visits unless you are an out-of-town crossfitter. Our program is designed to complement the consistent and dedicated individual.

We are always welcoming to new members joining our CrossFit community. If you have never done CrossFit before, or any other training for that matter, rest assured that we will ease you into the program, rather than just dropping you into the mix.

If you have never done CrossFit, or only for a short time (less than 3 months), you will need to book in for a private “fundamentals” session to learn all the basics before joining the group classes. Fundamentals sessions go for one hour and are generally available weekdays at 8:30am or 10:30am and Saturdays at 10am, however we are able to work out a time together that suits. These sessions are important to familiarise you with the equipment, movements and stimulus that we use to train every day.

We offer a Start Up Package for new members for $220 (1 person) or $400 (2 people*) which includes your private one hour “fundamentals” session plus a 10 session pack which can be used for up to one month after your fundamentals session.

* Start Up Package for 2 people includes a private one hour “fundamentals” session together plus a 10 session pack each.

Fundamentals session only is $75 or $120 for 2 people.If you have done CrossFit for more than 3 months at another registered affiliate then you will be able to join our group classes straight away.

Why should YOU do CrossFit?

Universal Accessibility

Many athletes begin our program de-conditioned, inexperienced, injured, and generally unfit. We can scale any workout to a level that is obtainable and safe for you, regardless of your ability. We have competitive athletes alongside people who are exercising for the first time. Again, all the movements are scalable to all abilities. The only limit is what you place on yourself.


It’s not just other members, it’s family!

Research shows that we are happier and more likely to stick with our fitness program if we’re part of a group. We tend to push ourselves a little harder when we’re working out with friends. Plus TIME FLIES!


Who doesn’t like a little friendly competition?

Why do you think sports is a favourite pastime? Everyone loves to see “us vs them”. Our workouts are set up so participants will try to get the best time, the most number of rounds, or use the most weight.

No time

You can squeeze us in that packed schedule.

Our workouts are rarely, if ever, longer than 30 minutes. Many are shorter. Yet you get a total body workout EVERY time and work just as hard as those hours you spend in your average gym.

Functional Movement

All our movements are “natural” movements such as lifting, pulling, pushing and squatting – preparing your body for everyday life. We use a broad range of these functional movements which are essentially all about moving large loads, over long distance, quickly. Rather than working muscles in isolation like conventional gym training, our exercises involve the entire body and this method has been proven to get balanced results much quicker. We aim to optimise physical performance in ALL the elements of fitness to produce “complete” athletes with REAL fitness.


Different workout EVERY day!

Check out our WOD (Workout Of the Day) on the main page for daily workouts. Too many times we get bored with our exercise routine and don’t know how to change it up, so we quit. We can make sure things are always new and exciting.
